[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for the last couple of weeks now and it works so good it has made almost all of the puffiness in my face go down and I love how it has a timer so you don't keep it on your skin too long and the packaging is really easy to use and it has 3 different kinds of settings for the temperature and it doesn't get too hot or cold unless you turn it up and the price is 149 but I do feel it's worth it and more effective than regular ice rollers

I think a lot of people will be excited to get their hands on this item. You pretty much get a two for the price of one when using this. Instructions are simple enough. I definitely recommend!

I can see a difference in de puffing for sure and I love that the hot setting helps with lymphatic. I've noticed you need to apply some skincare before using it or it will get stuck and not move nicely.

When I found out I would be allowed to try a new product from TheraFace I was really excited because I love this brand. This wand fits perfectly in my hand and is very easy to use. The cooling sensation is my favorite for those days where I feel really tired and need to give my skin an extra boost. I have sensitive skin prone to rosacea and this product does not disrupt my skin. My only issue is that the red light setting is supposed to be used prior to putting on skin products and I often forget to use it before I put on face lotion. Overall it's a really easy wand to use and I'm shocked at how quickly it cools down for the cool setting.

I like how it can easy fit in my bag and I can easily bring it anywhere. I just wish it comes with pouch or case to protect it. Just a week of using it, already see difference on my skin. More glow and less fine lines. I use cold in the morning and hot at night time before skincare routine. I don't say a solution but good investment for your skin.

I first started using it just to prepare for moisturizer on my skin and it helped it sink into my skin and leave it feeling soft and nourished. My face after the shower or my cleansing routine is left dry and when applying moisturizers they sometimes seem to sit on the surface. With the warm setting it help my skin feel smoother with the products I'm using after. And let me tell you the cold setting was my favorite part & my go to every morning before makeup. My eyes and face get puffy when waking up & I've honestly found that this reduces the inflammation and helps lighten my darkness. I sometimes use it to highlight under my cheekbones as well and maybe it's placebo but I have felt a difference in that. Overall my top feature is the cooling affect but I love the entire device, especially the sleek design & travel friendly. I'm always on the go and this is awesome to just throw in the bag and use as needed after a night out to depuff or brighten face.

I have actually fallen in love with this product and prefer to use the cold setting on my under eyes first thing in the morning to reduce puffiness! There are two settings, Cold and Hot BUT each one has THREE different intensities. I can get a slightly cold, an ‘in between' cold or an ‘OMG feels like ice' cold. The hot setting has THREE different levels as well. It goes from warm, to hot to ‘WOW that's spicy'. I'm loving this so far! I use the cold for under my eyes, on my neck or all over my face for a cooling, de puffing, wide awake look and feel. Oh, and the hot! I use it on hot before I put on serums and moisturizer. I feel like it helps my products sink in better therefore helping them work more efficiently. This little tool is also amazingly relaxing on my face for a ‘just because' facial massage. It comes with a charger. The batteries FYI are not replaceable. It charges quickly and stays charged for quite a while. I just pulled it out of the box and I was able to use it without a charge. I'm able to ‘lock' it and ‘unlock' it by quickly pushing on of the temperature buttons quickly three times. Locking it is great if I'm throwing it in a bag or just storing it to prevent accidental turn on. Will it turn back time on my face? Of course not! Is it a wonderful tool for my face, my relaxation and my self care? It is! I'm so happy that I got this tool because I'm enjoying it now and will be for years to come.
