This cooled immediately and glides almost effortlessly across my face. The key is a light touch. To much pressure and it will drag on your skin. The fan is nice and quiet, and the flicker is nice to know when to switch sides. I do feel my skin is improved but I believe daily or regular use will be required to see results. The heat feels great too. This is such a nice addition to my beauty routine, like bringing to spa to my own home!
