Heat and Cold at the touch of a button, no putting under eye patches in the fridge or freezer before use . best yet the wand is small enough to travel with and come ready to charge when needed, which is not very often as it keeps it charge well . I love getting up in the morning with my eye bags and be able to grab my wand , switch to cool and smooth those bags out . On nights after washing my face the warming setting allows for better absorption of my serums and is so relaxing. The tip of the wand glides easily of clean dry skin and is so relaxing, to bad I don't have someone who could just wand my face while I laid back ! Overalls this wand is fantastic and a great investment.

The charge seems to last several days which was very impressive!

As a new mama there is not a lot of time for self pampering. This tool not only does so well for my skin, it makes me just feel good. After just a few weeks of daily use, my skin is softer and has a healthy glow to it. I look forward to using it every day because it just makes my skin feel so good. I used to use those cooling globes that take awhile to get to the right cold temperature and then when using they don't hold the temperature for a long duration. When I bought the depuffer that's the problem I was solving for. I have a device that can maintain the right cooling temperature for longer periods and also can do the inverse by switching to a warming temperature. I know the device only does a total max of 6min but given how it maintains the temperature for longer periods than the cooling globes it's def a return on investment and my eyes DO ACTUALLY look more rested with the recommended usage.
