Cold I use in the morning to reduce puffiness and dark circles, hot setting I use after bath on a clean face before I apply moisturizer to faster absorption. Does not have a smell. This cooled immediately and glides almost effortlessly across my face. The key is a light touch. To much pressure and it will drag on your skin. The fan is nice and quiet, and the flicker is nice to know when to switch sides. I do feel my skin is improved but I believe daily or regular use will be required to see results. The heat feels great too. This is such a nice addition to my beauty routine, like bringing to spa to my own home!

It takes a little bit of getting used to because there's a lot of information to memorize. The only thing I wish it had was its own charging dock to rest and charge on. It's a little awkward for me to plug it into my phone charger and just have it lying on the nightstand. I haven't used it long enough to see any results but I will continue to use it because everyone loves this device

It is the same with the heat, it also heats quick without burning your skin! This wand had 3 different temperature options, easy to use, and comes with a lid for traveling. My only complaint is that if there is going to be a charging cable to have a universal USB port on one end OR provide the charging block.
