It's very smooth and it looks like it's pretty nutritious and it smells and tastes just like caramel. I think I will be mixing with my coffee for a proffee.

I was so excited to receive this flavor to sample as I really like this brand compared to other protein drinks. I have tried the Nurri vanilla and chocolate which are both good, however the Salted Carmel is my new favorite! It comes in an 11 FL OZ can rather than a carton. This has great flavor with only 160 calories. It's packed with 30 grams of protein!

Certainly the macros are quite good with 160 calories and 30 grams of protein, putting it at a 5.3 calorie to protein ratio. No after taste at all, and no chalky texture in your mouth. It is as smooth as any ultrafiltered milk protein bottles offered.

The texture is thinner than a lot of other protein drinks I've tried, and I actually prefer that because the thicker ones can be hard to drink. Overall, this is definitely one I'd buy again!

Very refreshing after a workout and adds key nutrients to assist in rebuilding your muscles along with recovery
