My son exercises and loves to take it after training. It has a delicious cookie flavor with cream, 30 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. It is a convenient option for busy days or for after exercise.

There is a slight tang to the shake just like any cookies and cream flavored thing hit this wasn't overly strong. The amount of protein and the serving size were all reasonable for this item.

I was very surprised how well this tasted considering it being a protein shake because most protein shakes are very, very chalky my experience but this was very smooth. Like drinking a milkshake but kind of water down milkshake but still tasted really good. I will definitely be buying this my own money in the future. The texture of this drink is smooth. Sort of like a melted milkshake consistency. When you drink it cold it can be refreshing. It is a bit sweet for me so this portion was a bit too large for me to drink in one sitting as I didn't want to water it down since it had a creamy flavor. Nothing gritty which I liked. The cookies and cream advertised flavor matched the taste. It did have a bit of an after taste but not in a bad way The can is well branded.
