TheraBreath Mouthwash is a periodontal mouthwash that is designed to fight gingivitis and plaque and tartar, and to promote healthy gums. It's designed to work for up to 24 hours. It was created by a dentist to help his own daughter with bad breath. I like that when I use it it doesn't burn or irritate my mouth and gums. I look forward to using it every morning and night. It has a very pleasant taste, and I notice that I'm more confident about my breath, and can avoid using mints, sprays, and chewing gum all day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Oral Rinse has been a lifesaver for me. I have an extremely dry mouth due to health problems, and medication usage. My dental health has suffered greatly because of this. Most oral rinses, washes, etc cause burning and irritation. This TheraBreath Healthy Gums Rinse does not. I swish with about 3-4 teaspoons in the morning and at night. It's made a noticeable difference in how the inside of mouth looks and feels. I have the Clean Mint and the taste is mild, not overpowering at all. My mouth feels fresh, clean, and comfortable when using this.

I don't like the kinds that burn, so I was happy to see a claim of no burning on the bottle of this TheraBreath mouthwash. It doesn't burn, but it does leave a slight tingle sensation in my mouth. It goes away pretty quickly though after spitting it out, so it's not a big deal. The flavor is very mild and slight, but does leave a nice minty smell after use. My mouth feels cleaner using this. I don't notice a huge difference in my oral health, but I don't have gum disease or anything really wrong, so I like to think this is just helping me maintain my oral health. I'd recommend.

So far I haven't had any problems with it and the bleeding has stopped. It doesn't have alcohol in the mouthwash like other products. No burning that I usually get from other mouthwashes. It also freshened my breath. I would recommend this mouthwash.

After a few weeks of usage, I definitely feel a clean and refreshed mouth. I will say, this definitely doesn't have the "stinging" clean feel of a common store brand alcohol based version, but you still feel clean. The fresh flavor, instead, comes after you spit out which is a nice way to have it. I can't comment on whether or not this has made a material impact on my teeth, but I have noticed that the few super tender spots in my teeth have disappeared which is a big win. The TheraBreath is definitely not a cheap brand, but you get what you pay for. It's made with quality ingredients, that I am sure are making a difference.

This rinse also helps with gum health. Keeping gums healthy and breath fresh. Protecting the teeth in between brushing. Easy to find in most big box stores and the price point is pretty good. If you ever get yuck mouth, try this mouth wash.
