Only have I strayed once from Therabreath's Fresh Breath Oral Rinse Mild Mint and tried their Rain Forest Mint. Which I found was too strong for me. So I went back to my regular flavor. I was willing to give TheraBreath's Healthy Gums a try because I love this brand. After rising it for more than two weeks, I will say my mouth always feels clean and my gums feel great. I will say, however, that the mint is as strong as the Rain Forest. I will be going back to my regular Mild Mint flavor. But I do 100% recommend this products along anything that the TheraBreath brand has to offer.

It has a nice minty flavor that leaves your breath smelling fresh. My gums are in pretty good shape, but when I have some irritation and use this, it helps.
