I bought this yesterday it doesn't give directions on whether to use before or after I use before bc I don't want to wash away the fluoride from my toothpaste other than that it's a cool mouth rinse I guess my gums have been sore recently kinda feel lumpy so I'm hoping it helps it makes my mouth feel minty and my breath just fresh!

I wanted to ensure i was providing the most accurate feedback by testing the Therabreath Healthy Gums Oral Rinse for a year. I used to have many issues regarding my gums as they would bleed occasionally. I had previously tried other products that would burn and i would not see any improvement. Within the first 3-6 months of consistently using this product ive noticed a drastic positive change in my gum health, my gums became less red and the bleeding and puffiness reduced. Now, at a year my gums and teeth feel amazing, i dont ever feel grimy, this product works! Ive paired this mouthwash with sensodyne and therabreath fresh breath toothpaste (alternate as i feel between the toothpastes), this mouthwash is exactly the remedy i needed to get my teeth and gums back in shape. Dentist office visits are now normal and have been a positive experience.

Healthy Gums was my favorite Therabreath rinse and I used is specifically because it had CPC and xylitol. I saw major improvement within days of using it. But, I haven't been able to find it in stock for months, and was glad to finally find a bottle yesterday. I took a swig and immediately knew something was off. It tasted awful and left my mouth dry and filmy. The ingredients got a major overhaul, and it tastes and feels like a completely different product. SO disappointed that the product I loved is now unusable.

After two failed attempts to book a normal cleaning only to be sold a 6K dental estimate for deep cleaning and being told this is the only solution to support my gum health when I do not want my gums cut into. Several weeks of research and receiving this wash yesterday and using only TWO times I could feel it working immediately. I needed to post this along with sending my gratitude back to this company for their passion to help others and product that has brought my gums back to happiness in less than 24hrs.

I LOVE Therabrath products so I tried this one because the Icy Mint flavor I usually get was out of stock at the store. I don't recommend. It didn't give me the clean mouth feeling that the Icy Mint does and my breath was not fresh all day like it is with Icy Mint. HIGHLY recommend using the Invigorating Icy Mint flavor - that thing is magic!

It was pleasant to rinse my mouth out with. I definitely noticed a decrease in morning breath when using this before bed also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product, my husband who has inflamed and sometimes bleeding gums despite good oral hygiene (using listerine, floss and brushing twice a day) well his hygienist suggested trying this product to help alleviate some of the issues he was having and it was a game changer, the gums are much better, they actually look healthier and pink not red and inflamed and his mouth stays fresh much longer. I started using this daily also just for good oral hygiene and it has a nice fresh flavor, it doesn't taste like medicine

I've been in unbearable pain the last few days due to an issue with a root canal. No matter what painkillers or salt water rinses I tried, nothing seemed to help alleviate my constant pain. I love how you can feel the mouth rinse coat your teeth, and there is no burning or stinging. I like the fresh minty flavor that isn't overwhelming, super sweet, or leaving a bad aftertaste. The ingredients seem healthy and beneficial for Oral Care, so I've decided to switch to this brand from now on. I'm totally satisfied with this product.
