There's not a lot to say about this build except it was super fun with just enough challenge to make it interesting…..basically a perfect build. Building the rims, a first for Lego, was super cool as was the gears and the pedals. In fact the set features a brand new single way spur gear which allows the bike to freewheel. The spur gear that the pedals attach to is the biggest Lego gear, made specifically for this set. But for me, the best part of this set is the chain mechanism which spins the rear wheel. Just a totally enjoyable build. The final build looks amazing! In fact, I was surprised to see how big it was, pleasantly surprised. I love that you can take the bike off the display stand. It's very solid and sturdy and can be moved around easily. The chain moves the back wheel, the handlebars move the front wheel and the water bottle is removable. This is an awesome build and one that will be displayed proudly in my collection. On to the next one……Happy Building! This was a fairly easy build but still enjoyable. The end product looks great. It is not really designed as a playable set because the finished build is, by necessity, not the most stable. As a display piece it is fantastic and different from anything else in my collection. I really like this set.

Challenging but fun build. Took a few links out of the chain to tighten it and it works perfectly. Larger than expected when finished!

Perfect scale of a road bike. It is quite large but makes sense to have accurate proportions (as per the description from the instruction book). First time using the app builder and that was great. First Lego since childhood and very happy with this model. Instructions and building was straightforward. The chain slips if you pedal too fast fyi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok - we haven't put this together yet but everyone is looking forward to it! My husband had a mission after retirement to ride his bike, 50 miles in 50 states and I thought this was a perfect gift for him to celebrate.

The LEGO Road Bike is a masterclass in Technic engineering, bridging the gap between cycling enthusiasts and brick builders. As a high- performance replica of modern carbon-fiber racing machines, it captures the essence of the "King of the Mountains" with incredible precision.

This kit is a perfect marriage of two of my main hobbies. I'm an avid cyclist and love building Lego, and this kit puts the two together beautifully. The kit is well designed and perfectly replicates many key elements of a road bike.

My 12 yr old grandson is into bike racing. When I saw this, I immediately thought he would enjoy building this Lego. I sent to him for his great report card and to start his summer off.

This set is well engineered. And it looks amazing. The only shortcomings is it has no branding and that makes it look dull. Would be great if LEGO gives it some markings. I customized it using my UV printer and now it looks awesome!

I have been playing Lego sets for more than a decade and I started to get disappointed at the quality controls of Lego sets. Specifically for this one, my instructions were misprinted. It skipped bag 5 and after page 102, it randomly added around 32 pages and then started again with bag 6. When I was chatting, it kept rerouting me to missing pieces replacement but there was no option to replace the instructions. Maybe some of you would say, just download it online to work through bag 5. Yeah I can totally do that. But building Lego is a way for me to get away from screens, and I really don't want that detouring. Anyways….. I am still a fan but please Lego, do some QAs
