I am very dissatisfied with this purchase as I had to order two boxes to order this item. The expiration date is very close to when I bought it. This is the second incident that this has occurred with a near purchase expiration date.  This type of product should have 6 to 12 month expiration on it. And these do not. It is like I’m getting product that’s on the sellout list.   This is the second time of purchasing this product. The first time the expiration date was one week away from my purchase.
The fact that I have to have multiple boxes and the  expiration date is just a few weeks away is unacceptable.

Almost expired

Its' JUST enough Mac N Cheese for lunch if you mix something with it.
I like a foil pack of tuna, or a hot dog.

The EZ Mac is a good price, and the quality is passable.
It's NOT like home made by any means, BUT I can eat it and have reordered on 2 occasions.
