Not the best nutritionally. I try to avoid things with ingredients I can’t read. Wouldn’t recommend. I’d honestly much rather spend the time to make something at home. There’s also more affordable, healthier options.

Is fast and easy to make. You just have to mix 3 ingredients. You put the pasta to boil around 5 minutes and when is done you just mix it with the cheese and a little bit of milk.

Kraft is my go to brand for Mac and cheese. They are reliable for taste, serving size and value for money. The packing is easy where you are able to tell do it is three cheese type of the yellow cheese.

Kraft Mac and Cheese is a side that helps entice my kids to eat more . The instructions are easy to follow and I can have the kids help me. But you have to have the kraft package because its the creamiest and best quality.
