My husband is diabetic. We always buy these as the shells are smaller and therefore,  less carbs. Addotionally, it limits his serving size.

Gross. Cheese sauce is not good, and mixing it with the water makes it slimy.

Not good

These are purchased every year for when we vacation at a hotel. Comes in handy for the grandkids when they want a quick last snack for the night. A little too much sodium but they like them and its only for the trip.
