Bad batch

I always get the Mac n cheese velveeta cups for my kids love them but the last 3 boxes I bought is Not Cooking! Hope they correct this issue

Kraft Velveeta Shells & Cheese Cups

I bought these a month ago and after cooking for the time on the directions they were still hard as rock I even tried cooking them longer and still hard! Just wondering if others have had problems! Thanks Lori Sutherland
