I always get the Mac n cheese velveeta cups for my kids love them but the last 3 boxes I bought is Not Cooking! Hope they correct this issue

Microwave Velveeta is very easy and convenient. Do not add too much water or else you'll have a mess in the microwave. But this is highly recommend.
