This is an amazing product when you want some nice flavor. I love adding this to everything, pizza, pasta, garlic bread. Anything you can think of. It adds a great flavor and doesn’t change the texture. Overall great product if you don’t have fresh parm.

This is compatible with both white and red sauces. When I’m making a white sauce from scratch this is an main ingredient, just like the Kraft mozzarella. But when I’m making spaghetti it’s a must I sprinkle this in my sauce like a seasoning. Trust me it makes the flavors pop. It does bring gas if your lactose intolerant, but what dairy doesn’t .

I feel like they charge to much for this , but I never buy the off brand scared that it wont be as good as what I'm used to with the Kraft flavor. Usually always when I buy this size it expires/ goes past the best by date before I'm half way through with it. However, I'm not in a big family or cooking for more than 3 or for 4 people at the most when I am cooking for more than just myself or myself and 1 other. The last time I bought this size and it was finished was because my last roomate had decided to use it as his own, and so it had gotten all used up as he used a lot of it each time he used it.
