I've had this vacuum for over a month. It has transformed the ease of cleaning my house. I have chronic pain so doing most things is a task. On most days I'm able to use full upright mode because of the light weight easy to maneuver vacuum. I am able to switch in between all modes without hesitating. While the stick and handheld don't have the same power, they are able to get in tight place and does not diminish the filtration. It cleans strings, hair and a lot of items without getting stuck around the roll. Transitioning from carpet to floor was seamless and wonderful

I bought this about 2 weeks ago -after trying two different dysons that cost considerably more. This vacuum out preforms both! I was talking to a friend who runs a cleaning business about the Dyson and how I was unhappy with the price point and the problems I was having and she said get a shark, I HAD a basic shark nothing impressive but still got the job done,. I wanted something with a lot more options as I have lots of pets and plants and like to vacuum everyday. THIS vacuum doesn't miss a thing and the versatility is AMAZING! I can go from rug to hard wood. , to ceiling fans and nooks and crannies with ease!”, for me it is worth the money. I also love the fresh smell it puts off with the odar neutralizer cartridge . Shark hit the nail on the head with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having this vacuum. I have always looked forward to having the grandchildren. My only issue was having to constantly lug out my big vacuum to clean up the little messes that come with grandchildren. With this machine, I make sure the tank is empty when the kiddos are coming. I put the tank to the side, and leave the stick vac in a handy place. When the little or not so little mess happens. I suck it up, put the tank on, let the vacuum remove the debris from the stick into the tank, remove the tank, and go about my business until the next mishap. After the kiddos leave, I vacuum the whole room in upright mode if needed, empty the tank, sit back and relive the day. This may not seem like much to some people, but with people like me and my wife with mobility issues, this vacuum has made having our grandchildren an easier and more frequent experience than before because of the versatility of this machine. Thanks Shark/Ninja

This vacuum's three modes are powerful and allow you to clean many surfaces in one session. Its ability to change from an upright to a handheld vacuum is quick and easy. The suction picks up more dirt than my former vacuum and does a better job at larger debris. In addition, I have to give a special mention to its maneuverability around corners and from carpet to floor surfaces. Lastly, with two teenage daughters in the house, the hairwrap feature helps keep the maintenance to a minimum.

I received this vacuum as a tester. I really like this thing. Its awesome. The three different modes are extremely helpful and useful for any cleaning job you would use a vacuum for. Its easy to empty and it is well built. Some people may find it a little on the heavy side as it does have some weight to it. Its a great vacuum and my housd has never been cleaner.

The part that bothered me was how heavy it was, it kind of felt like it was moving on its own and i was doing an arm workout to control it. Loved the included handheld unit.

I love my new SharkNinja Transformer! I couldn't believe how much dirt was in the cup when I finished vacuuming….and here I thought the carpet was clean! It easily moved from carpeting to LVT flooring and was easy to put together right out of the box. It took me a moment to adjust to the weight and movement of the vacuum, but after that, all was well. The only problem I encountered was trying to register my warranty on your website.

I would give 4.5 stars. Just some minor problems for me. It's pretty heavy. But I could always switch to stick mode so, not a big issue. The cord is long and helpful but it could get run over and get sucked when turning around. Other than that, I am happy with the smooth running and auto conversion, and really easy to empty the pod.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuum does a fantastic job picking up any debris, not just things on the surface of carpet or rugs but also embedded and well ground in. Automatics suction adjustment was a nice bonus and the machine was overall quieter than expected!

The transformer is a great vacuum, amazing suction and feels lightweight in your hand. It has power in a compact size, picking everything up from the carpet in a single pass. Its versatility is amazing and covers all my cleaning needs. Amazing results and a great product.
