It really does make your breath fresher for longer and in my opinion it made my teeth feel smoother and cleaner the first time i used it compared to my other mouthwash. The only thing that i didnt really like was the mint flavor was a bit overpowering and kind of had a burning sensation even being alcohol free

I was preparing myself for the worst, but it was very tolerable. My hygiene is so much better. My dental hygienist already says I have great habits. I wonder what she'll say to me now!

This is very important because our enamel weakens and thins as we get older! This has a minty aftertaste and does not burn your mouth!

However, I wouldn't call the taste completely minty.. as far as effective, I would say, my teeth are much whiter. So it works but not a fan of the taste or packaging.
