The oral rinse is used after you brush your teeth and contains fluoride to ward off cavities. It has a non-offensive mint flavor that does not burn your mouth when swishing. It is clear in color so you don't have to worry about cleaning a messy sink. If you are looking for an alcohol free rinse, I would recommend picking this up.

It really does make your breath fresher for longer and in my opinion it made my teeth feel smoother and cleaner the first time i used it compared to my other mouthwash. The only thing that i didnt really like was the mint flavor was a bit overpowering and kind of had a burning sensation even being alcohol free

Unfortunately I don't get that from this mouthwash. The taste is not unpleasant, it's very mild and not flavorful at all.
