Easy load and unload, don’t have to strain trying to get laundry done. I can’t even tell it’s running sometimes because it is so quiet and it doesn’t shake the floor like previous washers.

I was excited to get this new Samsung machine. My old one, also a Samsung died after 14 years of use and I was happy with that one. I am disappointed that the new machine does not let me select a cold rinse for every cycle. It only rinses the laundry cold when selecting cold as the wash temperature, so no hot wash & cold rinse or even warm wash &cold rinse is possible. The laundry always comes steaming warm. It would be more energy efficient if the cold rinse could be used at all wash temperatures.

It gets my clothes clean and seems to be very efficient and reliably gets the job done. I don’t have very much to complain about. I stuff it with clothes and it doesn’t mess around and does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s not terribly loud but makes the usual noises of a washer and then plays a happy jig when it’s done. I’m happy!

What I like most is how much cleaner the clothes come out—especially towels and kids’ stuff. It handles heavy loads without feeling like it’s struggling, and I’ve noticed it uses way less water and detergent than our previous machine. The spin cycle is strong enough that clothes come out damp, not soaking, which cuts drying time noticeably. I also appreciate the design. Vibration & Noise: This is the most impressive part for me. I am running this washer in a large park model fifth wheel, and I am amazed at how it keeps all the vibrations to itself. Even on the highest spin cycles, there is no shaking or "walking." It’s incredibly quiet and stable, which is a huge win in a living space where you’d normally feel every movement. Capacity: The drum size is fantastic. I can easily fit a king-size comforter and a full set of sheets, which is a lifesaver for avoiding the laundromat. Cleanliness: The cleaning power is top-tier. Clothes come out looking bright and smelling fresh every time, and it seems very gentle on my fabrics. Ergonomics: The controls are intuitive and easy to reach.
