Bought this model and it didn’t work from the very first load. I was told by manufacturer that their manufacture warranty doesn’t cover replacement of washer. Very disappointing.

This is our second Samsung front load washer and we are very happy with it. It does a great job getting our clothes clean. About the only time we hear it is the delightful tune announcing the load is finished.
