The spin cycle is amazing, my clothes are almost dry and this was a big issue for me. The clothes come out clean and fresh. I do make sure to leave the door open and I remove the soap dispenser drawer which also accumulates water and prevents any smell. Its not as fancy as the other models, I realized I didn't need them and most importantly It Gets the Job Done.

Bought this washer a year and half ago and from day one it shook pretty bad and vibrates more then needed now 1 year 6 months later washer is busted shakes so bad you can’t wash and they say can’t fix cause past their “1 year warranty” wouldn’t recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a GE fan for years. Decided it was time for a change to Samsung and have to say we love our new washing machine. Its a bit smaller but we didnt need 5.2 capacity. Also new to front load washers. I am super happy with this purchase. The clothes come out clean and smelling great and seems to get them done alot faster than my old washer. Front controls are also great instead of at the back and top of the unit. Samsung has never let me down and this washer is the perfect example. When we need to purchase a new drier it will be samsung. I wish there was an app that controls the washer.

We purchased the washer 2 years ago, washing 2 loads per week. The washer now stays on spin cycle for hours doing 1/4 turns, no error code either. 2 reparimen later and the suspected faulty control board is no longer made. I will never again purchase a samsung product. 2 years and they dont make the pcb any longer!!!!

Manual has limited explanation of the different programs. The temperature setting is from cold to hot, without any indication on actual temperature setting (i.e., degrees F or C).

Bought this washer (and dryer) about a month ago after returning the washer and dryer we had (9 months old and under warranty) when the manufacturer refused to repair it due to us living in a rural area. We picked out the Samsung set and so far we’re very happy! Works great, quiet, and looks good. Hopefully they continue to perform well, but so far so good. We’d definitely recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few months ago and am very happy with it overall. There are enough options for the settings to choose from to fit all my needs...whites, actives, beddings etc, I also like the Self Clean reminder. I don't have to worry about keeping track of when I last did the cleaning. It uses less water than my previous machine and is pretty quiet. I would highly recomment it.

It's spin cycle is as quiet as the wash cycle and the load run times are great. (By the time our old machine went out, it sounded like a jet engine and the loads took forever.) It stacked nicely with our existing Samsung dryer and the installation service was great.
