Samsung doesn’t really have a top rated support team. They assigned a service center, one in all of the Seattle area with a Yelp rating of 2 stars, which never contacted me. I like the products, but don’t trust their support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this washer. I ordered the pedestal as well and they are at the perfect height making laundry a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product seems very modern, efficient, and the noise is also very less. The space is also a lot in the washer so it fits a ton. Thank you Samsung for helping with this new tech purchase!!
