I purchased two Marathon dispensers and not having much prior experience with them ordered the towels featured in the, "people who bought that also bought this" as refills for the units. It would appear that I ordered the wrong towels for the dispenser. Lesson learned. My mistake, I'll eat my mistake but you know what Sam's? Your customers trust you to steer them in the right direction... maybe make sure it's a little easier for them to get what they need that actually works in with the units they purchase.

Simple dispenser that just works like it should. The only issue is the locking mechanism uses a weird key and it is sometimes hard to open the cabinet to refill the towels.

Since purchasing this item, I’ve been using fewer paper towels, and it looks great in my kitchen. I got it because I wanted to find better ways of saving money. It was easy to set up and it didn’t took too long in hanging it up.

We bought this because the the old paper towel holders we currently used we so worn out that when you went to pull one towel, several would come out. This dispenser works beautifully to hold the towels in tightly and neatly. Looks nice too. The only complaint we have is that the key can't be left in the lock, so if you don't keep it stored nearby, you're likely to lose it

The dispenser works well and is what I wanted.However, the lock is plastic and does not work well. I’m afraid it will break soon. Easy to mount, but there are no instructions and a google search did not show his model. For those who are challenged like me, it took a while to figure out.

The box was halfway torn and taped back together. The packaging was the box itself with the shipping label printed over. The hardware pieces were missing so we had to get our own screws and anchors. However the unit itself was fine and the delivery was really quick.

Only giving 4 stars because when I originally purchased this there was no "key" to open it, I used a small flathead screwdriver as a key when I needed to refill it. Then, I read some of the Q&As here on the product & saw that a lady from Georgia Pacific (manufacturer) said we could call to get a free replacement key! So, I called 866-435-5647 (don't press buttons...just hold on and it will ring to an actual human in the U.S). I explained to the gentleman who answered that there was no key in the box when I purchased and he's sending me out two free replacement keys. Otherwise, I'm happy with the quality. I didn't expect a metal indestructible dispenser. I knew it was plastic. It does what we need it to do in the bathroom in our office and it works with 3 different types of Marathon folded paper towels. I'm sure it will work with other brands too, but the Marathon towels at Sam's are cheap, so I'm happy.

This dispenser is exactly what it was described to be. Simple. Easy to mount. Easy to fill. Dispenses the multifold towels as I hoped it would. Recommended.

With all the hand washing for COVID-19 my family was going thru my paper towels like crazy. This dispenser is so convenient to use and cost less in the long run.

We put these towel holders for the bathroom in the coffee bar in our office and it’s great to have something like this as a post to a paper towel roll. Also good price
