This is a quality solution right out of the box. Flexible, substantial silicone edging that is applied quite easily with the self adhesive strip. I treated a door and two windows in a “breeze”….. pardon the pun, and hope to be draft less as the seasons change.

This tape works, it's easy to apply, and stays in place. Used on interior of painted metal doors which were thoroughly cleaned first and let fully dry. Have had no issue after two months of repeatedly opening %26 closing these doors. The tape has not budged and blocks the draft. For best results, cut it 2 or 3" longer than you expect, because its tight on the spool and tends to slowly draw up a bit after its unwound.

My side door has too large of a gap and lets in such a huge amount of frigid air in the winter. Wind blows through bottom gap so strong. And the side and top edges of door, let in cold air, but not as much as the bottom. Every year, I've tried a different product. This year I was ordering alien tape and saw that that brand has door seal. I ordered it immediately. I put it along the top, opening side and bottom of my door. I was amazed at how instantly it cut off the breeze. It's extremely easy to work with. Just cut to the size you need and stick it to the frame. It says that it is removable and reusable. But I have not tried that yet. I highly recommend this product

I used this alien seal on my windows indoors. It's easy to install and I was able to cover four windows and the edge of two doors. It works great by keeping the cold fraft out of the house. I would recommend it, it is a little pricey though. They claim it's reusable, we will see.

we live in an old house with air gaps around the doors. we've tried other things, but nothing has worked very well without looking terrible or by blocking doors with blankets. This stuff is flexible and has stayed in place in several places where it's in constant motion. Definitely keeps drafts from coming inside. My only complaint is the paper backing doesnt come off the sticky easily, and the sticky strip has a tendency to come up with the paper. And once separated, it doesnt stick back too well and i have to trim off the messed up parts. otherwise, very pleased with the purchase and would buy again

Every year I put the thick gorilla tape down the gap in the door. To block the cold air. Only thing it would take my paint with it when I removed it. This Alien Tape is Awesome! I really do like it. It was easy to apply. And let me tell you it sticks great. I immediately felt warmer in my house after I applied it. The part I love the most is after winter when I take it off. All I need to do is wash it and let it air dry. Than I just roll it back up for next winter. I'm very happy that someone invited this Alien Tape. I don't have to paint my trim down the side of the door now. Thank You! Alien Tape! great job!

Single mom renting an older home with noticeable cracks throughout the property. Wowza! This draft tape is instant gratification. Everyone knows that drafts are air conditioning or heating dollars lost. This fixes it instantly. Windows and frames or door jambs. Yes, you will still be able to open the doors and windows without removing the tape. The unique design allows for this. It is usable in places that caulk can AND cannot be used. No problems with it sticking or staying up either. This easy project of mine totally shocked my husband.

The product is not what you think it is it doesn't stick and therefore it doesn't block any kind of drafts. I tried it on one window and then also a door to block the draft and it didn't stick to the door so it may stick if you have like a metal door or a metal window but other than that, it doesn't stick to anything.

This is counterfeit. It didn't even last 8hrs while the real stuff I bought from the website has lasted a month already. Real stuff says alien tape on the wrapper you remove to reveal the sticky backing while this junk said 3M. I hoped it didn't mean it was junk but unfortunately it proved it was when just a few hours later it fell off without even moving the door or anything.
