I have been using this mask for two weeks now and I must say, it's a good buy. After using for just 12 minutes, my face feels nice and soft. The light does not irritate nor burn. I do have sensitive skin, but I have no issues with mask. It's a good, snuggle fit. I can open my eyes after putting mask on to watch tv or go through my phone, or read.

I bought the mask for the red light therapy (which has been great!) but am in love with the gentle head massage! It is now a nightly ritual that I very much look forward to. Other reviewers have noted the weight of the mask but I don't find it too heavy.

Overall this seems to be a good product. I looked into several other devices before settling on this one. I also use it on my scalp, hands, and chest. A few things to consider: The mask is a bit heavy and clunky to wear and I end up with pressure points around my eyes unless I prop the mask up with my hands. Also, the lack of opening at the mouth can make it somewhat uncomfortable / difficult to breathe. I usually need to remove it for comfort before the full 12 minute cycle is up. Also, make sure you read up on all the contraindications prior to investing in this, as the list is long and the product is certainly not meant for everyone.

I started using the mask about 5 days ago and I have a slight burn. Thinking it's from over use. I have been using daily and will dial back to every other day, or maybe just 3 times a week. I'm a little shocked that this happened. But willing to give it a chance. Be careful when using and start out slow.

I only had this for a week so I can't review based on results but it was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was suffocating. I wish it had holes in the nose area or mouth. The vibrating was just buzzing. Nothing special. I wanted to love this but they need to make some changes to make it more enjoyable.

i wanted to like this mask because i like other therabody products but it is so heavy and clunky and the massage feature is completely useless. Also the eye pads cover the areas of your eyes that need the most focus. Not worth the price, especially if you want to travel with a mask as this is impossible to take with you anywhere due to the lack of flexibility
