It comes with a cap that you can remove when in use. It also has a “lock” feature that you can turn on if you were to put it in your purse so it doesn't get bumped on. It definitely reduced puffiness in my face, especially in the morning. I am very happy with this product. The heat mode feels amazing after a long day !

It can be quickly charged and it's super easy and convenient to take on the go. I love that it has both the heating and cooling option. The heat option is SO relaxing - I love doing it at bedtime before my nightly skincare. It helps me wind down to bed while also helping with inflammation. The cold setting is my favorite. Within seconds, the wand is cold as ice - very similar to an ice roller but mess free. I use it when I wake up to depuff and wake up. I also use it when I'm having a rosacea flare, as the cold is super soothing. Also awesome for when I'm feeling anxious or having a panic attack. This is probably my new “must have” tool that I use daily, and love that I can throw it in my bag to use whenever I need it.

It heats up and cools quickly. It also stays cold/hot even with repeated skin application. Very efficient and easy to use.

This wand was a dark horse gift for my wife, who has the Theraface Mask and the Theraface Pro, both of which she likes and uses probably weekly. Certainly I use the Theraface Pro more than her. I got her the wand, and this she uses every day! I've tried it a few times and I have been very impressed at how cold it can get! No idea how they do it, bit the Wand is very well executed and definitely smooths fine lines and puffiness. 5/5, would recommend.

Obsessed! Haven't been using it that long yet, but I am someone whose face is very flushed hot and puffy in the morning and this immediately tightens and relieves those symptoms! I noticed it helps reduce my redness and my under eyes definitely appear brighter.

The second I saw this depuffing wand, I was sold. I haven't used it consistently, but I bought it for use when I needed it. It feels wonderful; it gets so cold and a little wonderful heating feel as well. I would like to buy my mom one (she gets migraines) for Christmas to have on hand for depuffing and headaches!

Great quality and so easy to use! It's got beautiful packaging and is made of good material. I highly recommend it. I think it would also be great for someone that gets bad headaches or migraines. I don't suffer from too much puffiness so I can't talk about effectiveness on that. But I used this on areas of discoloration and didn't see any differences. That being said, it can take several months for skin to change so I will continue to use it and update if it does end up working on discoloration.
