I press on my clavicle to open up my lymph nodes and swipe this on my face similar to a jade roller. It's incredible the difference it makes and sometimes I can even feel the drainage happening behind the ears. Give it a shot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to use it in the morning to de-puff my eyes. it works really well. it cools and heats fast which is nice. I use the warm feature to soften up my pores when doing extractions or to help my skincare get in deeper.

I was skeptical, putting this under my eyes, but it instantly became cold and really helped to soothe my under eye puffiness. I'm now a believer! I personally prefer the cooling options. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Therabody TheraFace Depuffing Wand is a great way to debug under my eyes without using traditional ice rollers out of the fridge. There is also a warm mode and many adjustable temps to fit many needs.

I love the depuffing wand! It's been great with sculpting my face and lymphatic drainage. I also use it on my acne when it gets inflamed and i've noticed it helps bring pimples down. I do wish it had a longer battery life, that's probably the only thing i don't absolutely love. I would totally recommend this to everyone!

I have very puffy eyes, maybe hereditary, maybe medical but using the TheraFace on cold in the morning has helped reduce them noticeably. It's makes my eyes feel and look better. I like that it's portable and USB charged. The fact that it also has heat is a plus to use before night time Moisturizing. Pretty and so easy to use!
