I can use the heat setting to increase circulation and lymph draining and also on my neck because it just feels so good. The cold setting is amazing and it is making a real difference under my eyes.

It can be quickly charged and it's super easy and convenient to take on the go. I love that it has both the heating and cooling option. The heat option is SO relaxing - I love doing it at bedtime before my nightly skincare. It helps me wind down to bed while also helping with inflammation. The cold setting is my favorite. Within seconds, the wand is cold as ice - very similar to an ice roller but mess free. I use it when I wake up to depuff and wake up. I also use it when I'm having a rosacea flare, as the cold is super soothing. Also awesome for when I'm feeling anxious or having a panic attack. This is probably my new “must have” tool that I use daily, and love that I can throw it in my bag to use whenever I need it.

Pros: i really liked the warm and cool settings, product is well made, the tip of machine gets right into all the contours of your face , neck and chest, great for lymphatic drainage massage Cons: I noticed when using it for the full time recommend the cold setting didn't feel cold Anymore . I had to use oil or else it tugged my skin . I wish it had better directions with like different types of facial massage you could do . Like one for lymphatic drainage , one to depuff eyes or one to help with double chin . Product is kinda pricey . All in all I think the device is good but you can get the same results or even better with an ice roller. could I see my self incorporating this into my everyday skincare routine probably not

And these are 2 steps of my night treatment: 1. The HOT mode: I use Advanced night repair serum, Revitalizing Youth Cream with the wand. And it works well. The wand helps to easily absorb the serum and cream, makes the skin look smooth and radiant than I use my hand. 2. The COLD mode: after the HOT mode, I use the COLD mode to tightens pores and locks the effection of product inside. Moreover, In the morning, I highly recommend use the COLD mode to wake up your skin. It helps to reduces under-eye puffiness, refreshes tired skin, and tightens pores. Overall, It easily to use, lightweight, dry and portable than use ices. Its temperature is perfect. These are my review after one month, Let see what happened in next few month, but now, I really love it.
