rolls too narrow lately

Great product but the rolls I have recently bought are too narrow and fall off of holder. Thanks customer for over a decade.

Very good

Product is strong without being rough. Rolls are of good size without being so large that they bind between wall and roller. Good value..:-)

okay, this product is of good quality

it is a great product. The weight makes it worth buying each time i visit the store for my personal use for the restroom.

not happy

I will not buy anymore because it is not as wide as it was. Can't believe you would think we would not notice.

reply from CR

We're really sorry to see you're not happy with Charmin. We take your feedback seriously and appreciate you took the time to share your thoughts with us. While we did change our rolls by reducing the width by 3/8ths of an inch, we also improved them by adding more fibers back in to the sheet where it matters most to help get the job done so we can continue to offer the highest quality TP. If you'd like to discuss this, please give us a call at 1-800-777-1410, Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM EST. Thank you for your review.

Recommendation is questionable.

I like the product but object to the "Mega Roll" size. It does not easily fit on rolls or in racks. Please reduce the roll size.

Very soft and strong

This paper product really does the job better than any other. Very soft yet strong to do what it is intended to do.

Excellent product

My family have been using this product since 2008 when we came to the US. It is by far the best toilette paper overall. Thanks Charmin!

Worth the money

We prefer this toilet paper over any other. It's strong and doesn't fall apart. You don't have to use a lot to feel clean.
