Doesn't seem to be as strong

Have you changed how you make Charmin ultra strong? I was pleased with it for years, but no longer.

Our relationship has been strong for this long, which is why we'd hate to see you go, Randy. We recently increased the amount of texture in our Ultra Strong TP, so you should actually be getting an even better clean than before. So we can get to the bottom of this together, could you please give your friends that have always had your back over the years a call at (800) 777-1410?

why no perforations?

Why are there no perforations on the rolls of tissue I have bought lately? Very annoying.

This isn't the love at first wipe quality you should ever expect from us, Betty, which is why we'd like to gather a few more details to get to the bottom of this! So we can see where your rolls may have made a detour along the way, could you please give us a call at (800) 777-1410?
