Too narrow

It is still the best paper, but it is now too narrow at 9.9., A reduction would have been OK but this is ridiculous. I can't stay as a customer.

We hate to know that you’re considering switching brands! We know that with the new upgrades, our rolls may have changed but we hope that you’ll find the quality of the TP has only improved! Thank you for taking the time to review us!

Poor quality.

Charmin used to be the best toilet paper around. This toilet paper is now equal to generic toilet paper. No reason to spend more for less quality.
