I was impressed at how thick it was and how just a little goes a long way :) I have all the rolls in both my bathrooms as we speak. This was a very practical campaign to be in!

The material does not rip as easily as traditional toilet paper so you only need a couple of squares to get the job done. Also while other paper often sheds with too much contact, Ultra Strong persevered. To summarize my review in 5 words: My new favorite toilet paper!

I was very disappointed in this recent package of charmin I purchased at my local store. In this package all rolls only had part in two ply. I feel your quality control should be much better is there any thing you could do about your lack of two ply materials. I kept one of the defect rolls, if you would like photos for your review. thank you for your consideration of a replacement roll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the biggest issues I have with most other TP is strength. I have to layer many times over or else risk staining my hand. So while some other brands may be less expensive, it ends up costing more with the wads upon wads of tissue you have to use to get clean down there. Add in that most of those brands aren't nearly as soft, and why would you treat your bum that way? I have enough trouble with spicy food, I don't need to add even more bum-ache to everything else. Charmin's is strong enough that I can use very little, and still get the job done. And whether a little or a lot, I don't feel like I've been rubbing with sandpaper after it's all over with.

I live with three females so we go through a lot of tp. But with the Charmin we seem to have been using less. It's softer and more durable than our previous toilet paper and my girls have no complaints either.

It is so much stronger than the tissue my household has been using. This is a smart buy because you use about 4 times less tissue than the other brands. Got this tp to try out and instantly you can tell the difference between the two products. Both me and my wife have used this tp and wondered why we have been using thin and rough paper for so long. I typically go with the cheapest product that is a 2 ply paper and never thought twice. Right away after trying this my wife said we have to switch right away. I would definitely recommend this to any one that uses a bargain brand paper and I have. Told a good friend of ours that we got a sample to try and gave them two rolls from my sample. It's odd recommending tp to friends but hey I got it to try and wanted to share. They tried it and said it was a better paper then they use. I asked of they would switch and they said they would consider it because of the level of thickness and how it's not sand paper. Over all this has been a great sample. And we have already gone out and got more.

We have two adults and two small children in our household, so it's VERY important to have bathroom tissue that is a great combination of strength and softness, and Charmin Ultra Strong definitely IS that combination! It's also a great value, which makes it a perfect fit for our (sometimes tight) budget. Toilet paper is not something that we scrimp on - our bums need great quality bathroom tissue, and Charmin Ultra Strong definitely fits the bill. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.
