Bought vaccum have no issue with the vaccum except battery gives out to quick. Tried to order new battery but they are out of stock. Shark need to keep batteries or go out of business

Works well. Easy to get into small spaces. Battery life is poor - cannot even complete main floor of my home without running out of charge. Very annoying and much less than my other cordless made by another manufacturer

I bought this just recently and like the product but my granddaughter was using it and got the charged cord in the vacuum which destroyed the charger cord. I had called the company to see if they would send me another under warranty to no avail..

Great vacuum has powerful suction and works on our high pile/ shag carpet. I didn't really expect it to do so well being battery powered but I'm glad we purchased it.

This has been my favorite cleaning tool! I can vacuum anything in seconds. I don't have to worry about deep cleaning my floors or rugs. I love how it picks up quick with no noise or cords! Must have!!

I admit it vacuums very well. But I have a Stratos model that vacuums well in addition to having a light on the lower end of the wand that is very useful when the beater bar is off and I'm getting into corners or vacuuming heater vents.

Bought this today, using the let it pick the speed setting and was able to vacuum dirt and dog hair in rooms and a long hall. It only used 30% of the battery charge. I love it!

I had high hopes for this vacuum as I have a corded model that I love. The cordless vacuum is loud and sounds like something is broken but it's not. To empty the canister is clunky too.

I love this but however I don't like that the battery does not last that long and I don't have a big area that I vacuum due to having a the shark robot vacuum which I love and love so much I got my father one and buying my daughter one next

This vacuum is cumbersome, does not hold battery power, and is just overall a lemon. I love Shark products and this is the first that did not meet expectations.
