i bought this a month ago and the first unit stopped working. I called Shark to resolve the problem and they sent me a brand new vacuum the next day. I love how it cleans up after our very large dogs. We had a Dyson stick vacuum that didn't pick up solid pieces of dog food, etc., and finally stopped charging. I replaced it with this Shark and am so glad I did. The extra power and the ability to get under the furniture without stooping are both great features.

Just bought this vacuum and after using it a couple times I am amazed. I have long (below shoulder blades), thick hair that sheds like crazy and this picks it ALL up off carpet and hard flooring and somehow the hair doesn't get tangled around the roller. Whatever they did with the airflow design… it's like magic. Cordless vacuums are generally not as powerful as corded ones but I think this one is near-comparable in power to our old corded upright. It picked up a TON of dirt and grime with the first use and our carpets and flooring feel/look spotless. The odor neutralizer smells great. Dumping the dustbin is a snap. It's got enough battery power that we have to do our apartment multiple times over if we want to run it down to 0. Charging and storage are easy. Seriously, please please never stop making this. I used to HATE vacuuming and now a weekly clean is so satisfying and easy. I hope to buy many future iterations of the Stratos as battery tech improves over time.

I bought this about a month ago and I'm in love!!! We have 4 girls in the house so there is always lots of hair. Hair truly does NOT get tangled in the vacuum at all!! I love the Clean Sense IQ and how it automatically adjusts to the vacuum needs. The battery does die pretty quick on Clean Sense IQ when vacuuming carpet. I'm going to see if I can purchase a backup battery so I can keep cleaning when one dies. But I do highly recommend this vacuum!! Vacuums like a beast!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very first Shark vacuum and I am impressed!! I have an Aussie and a Chihuahua that shed all year round so hair is everywhere!! U was skeptical but it picked up better than any other sweeper I have ever owned!!! It's amazing and the clean sense IQ is the best thing ever!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark cordless Stratos with clean sense IQ is absolutely amazing! If you have pets then you definitely need this. It picks up the fur so easy and doesn't get stuck on the bottom. The best part about this Shark vacuum it has a nuterlizer so it makes evert room smell amazing. I am so surprised on the suction this Shark cordless has. This is by far the best cordless vacuum I have owned. Not only is it easy to dump out but it's awesome how it folds up for easy storage. This is definitely a must have for any house. I recieved this as a sample and this is 100% my own opinion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is AMAZING! I have 3 long haired cats and an Australian shepherd who sheds like crazy, so finding a vacuum that actually sucks up all the hair is next to impossible. I had a “smart vacuum” from another brand and it was awful, always getting clogged, battery died so quickly and it would overheat and power off after 10 minutes. The battery life on this vacuum is amazing, I was able to vacuum my entire apartment while using less than 30% of the battery life! It's super easy to assemble, it took all of 2 minutes to get it going. It sucked up all the hair on my hardwoods and my carpet without hair getting stuck on the wheels or clogging up. I also love the air freshener that comes on it!

Does a nice job on carpet and hard floors, I like the clean scent as well.  I'm very disappointed with the battery…. I get a little over half the house done, battery hits 20% and then dies immediately. I have all hard floors except one bedroom with carpet. I regret getting a cordless although I love the freedom from the chord, the technology is just not there to support anything larger than a couple of rooms in a small apartment.  I have to divide m vacuuming up into two days so I can recharge the battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite features of this Shark Cordless Stratos vacuum are that it is lightweight and it's cordless. I can get the job done quickly without having to unplug and plug in every room. The suction is very strong which helps so you don't have to vacuum several times over the same area.

Since I downsized, I bought this to replace my full sized Shark Vacuum. It is much easier to handle and encourages me to do quick touch-ups. I like the design of the accessories and how easy this is to use. It also does a great job of kitty litter clean-up. In addition, you don't ever have to touch any of the dirt when you empty it. The only down side is that the battery discharges relatively quickly, but this is not a problem for me. I also like that you can disconnect the battery from the machine for charging. It makes it much simpler and easier to always have a charged battery while the vacuum is put out of the way.

I would highly recommend this cordless vacuum if you're a busy mum or dad. I got this during my post partum period and it has been so convenient. The battery lasts for quite a while when using in eco which is enough for day to day maintenance vacuuming. It's easy to manoeuvre around corners and furniture. The light also helps see dust you wouldn't otherwise notice. Added bonus its a cute colour. A couple downsides are that it's on the noisier side but hasn't bothered us or our sleeping baby however. It's also heavier than your typical Dyson, but its suction power leaves nothing to desire.
