High quality build.

While some of the UCS kits are described as being fragile, this one certainly appears to be durable enough. While certain points on the finished model aren't safe to hold it by, the center of mass where the base sockets into is very secure. The base is very secure for the model once built, and I do certainly appreciate that there are multiple display angles on the stand. The model itself is quite heavy as far as LEGO goes; not something intended for swooshing, but it could still hold up to such use. A combination of brick and Technic connections hold the major components together for a nice, solid final assembly. The large stickers are a bit disappointing to see, as for such a high standard, it would definitely be nice to have exclusively printed pieces in UCS sets; the only parts of the ship that are printed are the vanes inside of the turbines. There are still fewer stickers in this set than in the F-1 cars! The slightly-visible interior details were nice to see while I was working on them, but I do find it a bit unnecessary when small parts are added to the set for no apparent reason other than inflating the piece-count. The full minifig-scale N-1 is quite nice to see displayed (I prefer leaving my Grogu in the seclusion-bubble on top of the ship,) and I'll be keeping an eye out for future UCS sets from Star War, and other franchises.

N1 all the way

Loved my experience building the set and have it proudly displayed. Would have loved a yellow og fighter but this is great!

Excellent build

Little expensive versus brick size but fun to build. Problem with ball joints initially but a little adjusting worked. Highly recommend. Stickers annoying. I put one on upside down and when I removed it to place it would not stick down fully.

Ball Joints

As someone who regularly builds and collects LEGO sets, I was disappointed by the quality control on this 5/4/26 release. The primary issue is the ball joints — tolerances feel inconsistent throughout the build. Some joints are overly loose and fail to hold position properly, while others are excessively tight, creating unnecessary stress during assembly and adjustment. The design itself is strong, but the joint quality negatively impacts stability, articulation, and overall user experience. For a premium modern LEGO release, I expected more consistent engineering and part quality. Hopefully this is addressed in future production runs or through improved replacement parts.

Usual great UCS build

Really enjoyed this one, as the build had some interesting techniques to get those unique angles of the starfighter. Regarding the stickers: I know lots of folks don't like them (and I'm not the biggest fan), but at least with this model the color matching is much, much closer (shade of gray) to the bricks themselves. Also, I found the stickers on this one especially easy to apply, but maybe I was just in a sticker mood at the time. In any event, this is a good model, and given its size, looks great on display (especially next ot Razor Crest).

Better than Naysayers Say

Aside from the stickers which are a little sub-par this set rocks! Great build and a sizable ship when finished. Everything about this set was enjoyable from start to finish!

First UCS

I wanted a detailed n1 for a long time. To have seen one upgraded to be better then the original ship and then be made into Lego was perfect for me. Love this set.

First UCS set

Overall I love the display quality and the small details of this set. The angles look really good and have me shopping for a lit bookcase to display it in! I was disappointed by the amount of details that take FOREVER to build just to get covered up like the engines where you're using lots of the smallest 1 x 1 pieces to give it detail before they disappear behind a gray brick. Finally, my manual had some issue with misprint where the colors / lines were off on some of the pages and there was not enough distinction between the many gray pieces and the chrome in the manual book.
