Overall it is a great product and cooks way more thoroughly than other air fryers. Where it loses a star is the weight distribution for carrying it from place to place. It is top heavy and needs collapsible safety handles I believe for safer hand placement to move. It can be awkward sometimes to pickup.

It works very well for an air fryer and I like that you can see your food as it is cooking. However, I find it difficult to use due to it wanting to slide around when inserting or taking out the glass bowl and also you have to be very careful with oven mitts to remove it to prevent risk of burning yourself. So although I liked the idea of it, I find it more cumbersome than my previous ninja air fryer.

This air fryer is extremely practical, convenient, and of great quality. The glass containers are very practical for being able to look at the food while it's being cooked. They are also very easy to clean. The 6-quart container fits quite a large amount of food. It is also very quiet while in use. It cooks the food very quickly and evenly, and makes cooking very quick and simple. It is also a very good size, portable, and attractive looking so it can be left out on the countertop permanently, rather than have to be put away after each use. The small instruction and recipe book included is quite handy. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This is our 2nd one, we had the original and love both, the bigger size is amazing and the larger bowl from the first Crispi also works with the new Crispi, so we have 3 sizes to choose from for cooking, haven't had it long enough to use it a lot but so far we love it and loved the smaller version as well, used it a lot! Such a great option for us as a slightly older couple with no kids at home, I 100% recommend this product!

I hve been using the Ninja Crispi Pro, and it has completely changed how I meal prep. The heavy-duty glass containers are a massive upgrade from standard non-stick baskets-they feel cleaner, cook everything surprisingly evenly, and let you watch your food crisp up in real-time. It is incredibly easy to use and has become wildly popular for its "cook, store, and reheat" portability. I can air fry a meal, snap the leakproof storage lid on, and throw it straight into the fridge. Cleanup is a breeze since the glass is entirely dishwasher safe, and everything nests together perfectly so it doesn't hog cabinet space. The Cons: While the manual temperature and time controls are great, the system requires a bit of a learning curve because it cooks incredibly fast—you really have to shave a few minutes off standard air fryer recipes to avoid overcooking. Also, because it's heavy glassware rather than a lightweight basket, handling the hot, full containers to toss your food halfway through takes a bit of extra care and a solid pair of oven mitts.

I saved my hard-earned money for this air fryer because I wanted something reliable, and I expected better from Shark. The large basket worked exactly one time. After that, the unit stopped recognizing it completely. No matter how carefully I inserted it or how many times I removed and reinstalled it, the air fryer acted like the basket wasn't there. The smaller basket worked, but that's beside the point. I bought this model because I wanted the flexibility of the large basket, and one of its main features became unusable almost immediately. For the price, this is unacceptable. A premium appliance shouldn't lose a major function after a single use. Quality control should have caught this before it ever reached a customer. I don't mind paying more for a well-built product. I do mind paying more for something that works once and then leaves me with an expensive reminder that "premium" doesn't always mean reliable. I'll be thinking twice before buying another Shark product.
