[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have so many Ninja products and I was very excited to try this latest Ninja Crispi Station. I really love the idea of a glass air fryer that can also double as a storage container. This system not only looks sleek and modern on the counter, but did a great job at cooking savory dinner foods. Compared to other non-glass air fryers I've used, I did have to adjust cooking time down so foods didn't burn. It did a good job cooking foods evenly with no hot spots. The controls are easy to use and the machine itself makes minimal noise for an air fryer. It has easy to clean parts and one container stacks on the other for storage. I just feel like this could have been designed better. The glass containers are both hard to put in and take out of the machine. I actually couldn't slide the container on without bracing the machine against something so it didn't get knocked over. I also hated that I had to change the position of the bracing rack depending on the size of container. Speaking of containers, why doesn't it come with all 3 sizes? I couldn't even find where to order the middle size. I also hate that I have to find somewhere to store the containers when not in use. Overall I'm on the fence on whether this is an upgrade from my old air fryer. It has its positives and its negatives.

I have been using a regular Ninja air fryer for years. When I saw this one come on the market, I knew I needed to try it. I love that it's cooking out of a glass dish instead of the nonstick enclosed basket. You can easily see the food as it cooks. Buttons and controls are easy to adjust and use. I didn't have an issue sliding the dishes in and out of the air fryer base. I have used this nearly every day and some days for each meal. Cooks fast and evenly. It has replaced my old Ninja air fryer and also my little countertop “easy bake” oven. Highly recommend this Ninja Crispi Pro!

This is by far, hands down, the best air fryer we have owned, and we've had many between other ninja air fryers and other brands. I love this one!! So sleek, I love that your food cooks in glass, and you can watch your stuff the whole time. There is not one downfall to this one, we just love it!!

So far so good! So many great features. I love the bigger bowl. I do a lot of meal prep and even though it has a small footprint, I can prepare a lot of food. I may be able to get rid of my countertop convection oven. The temperature control is huge for me, I like having that control. The light is great for keeping an eye on my food as its cooking. There is a slight learning curve to angle the bowl the right way to slide it in, but its easy peasy after that. I would love a splatter shield in the top to help maintain the cleanliness of the heating element.

It can be very safe remove the glass bowls. No any noise when cooking, it make my food so delicious and quick! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this machine but atlas it's just not anything I would recommend to anyone. First off the noise is loud, I understand some low level noise but this was like a loud sound… very unpleasant. Second, the dishes aren't big enough for a family to have a meal, no way you're going to fit a regular size chicken and potatoes to feed a family of 4! Third, the glass container is hard to remove. I felt as if the whole machine was going to tilt over when I was trying to remove my meal when finished, everything is HOT! The glass containers are easy to clean in the dishwasher and have tops for easy storage. The buttons to turn the machine on are easy to use. The two levels (and size containers) are easy to move up and down. I feel like this machine is a lot more powerful that it describes, cook times could be shorter than shown in the small booklet. I feel like the QR code on the machine should go to a complete link on how to use the machine along with videos of recipes. Do I like this machine… nope, it's just not as convenient as it wants to be. It's not going to cook that Sunday dinner for the family either, just not enough room. I will give it a couple more tries with a few different things but I'm not optimistic.

Only did one meal - onion potatoes and chicken. Very good! The only thing I do not like is the dial to rotate temp, etc. is so little and hard to grip. Would appreciate if the lettering were larger so I don't have to get my glasses. Went into the dishwasher and came out shiny. Thanks for great products!

I have had air fryers before and just didn't love the products. Especially the cleaning of the components. This is a game changer. The dishes go into the dishwasher and it's simple to use. Have had it for 1 week and have had seafood plates, whole chicken with vegetables and just snack pizza rolls , mozzarella sticks etc. just love it. Ninja makes the best products hands down!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely fantastic product! The fact that NINJA came out with a glass air fryer is amazing. The glass is safer than the modern air fryers that use metallic coatings. I also love how much easier it is to clean since it is glass, easy non stick and you can just cover the container with a lid that it comes with and store it for later. I also love that it comes with different sizes for the kind of air fryer you'll be using it for. Very handy! I thoroughly enjoyed my crispy brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes, they came out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and it didn't cause my whole house to be heated from starting an oven. NINJA air fryer is also very sleek and looks beautiful on the countertop. It's decently small and doesn't take up a ton of counter space. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. I will continue to be using this machine for a long long time. NINJA out did themselves!
