Absolutely nothing sticks & it's always a breeze to clean! The lid is super well-made too, but it is worth noting that the handle on the lid does get hot if it's on there for a long time. Overall, I've been truly loving this pan & would definitely purchase cookware from this brand again.

It's not too heavy, yet not flimsy either. It's a very large size pan, 5 quart capacity, and it has a lid. I like the helper handle because this makes it easier to move and put in and take out of the oven. This pan is oven and dishwasher safe, so it's going to get a lot of use. The induction bottom allows it to heat up quickly and evenly.

They're are quite heavy which is nice and they distribute heat evenly. Haven't had any hot spots. Work great on an induction or electric cooktop, no issues with that. They easily wash in the dishwasher even though I prefer to wash all my pants by hand but if your in a pinch. The dishwasher is fine. They do scratch easily so keep that in mind. So absolutely no metal utensils of any kind. I noticed scratches on where the lid meets the pot. That's the only drawback from ceramic pans and pots but overall these are great. And the color is spot on.

For that reason, I probably wouldn't recommend this pan. It's very easy to clean and heats quickly, but that same extremely smooth texture is what holds it back from being a solid recommendation.
