I built this for a child's birthday party and it was a hit! I completed the build prior to the event and put the candles inside to keep them safe for travel. The birthday child was so excited to add the appropriate number of candles herself to this birthday cake. She is already planning to add one more candle next year.

This cake is adorable and very fun! It is fun to build and the hidden compartment is wonderful. Got this for my mothers 80th birthday and now it will travel around to celebrate all birthdays!

This is the worst build we've ever done. Putting the side of the cake on are impossible and once it snaps to the side it unsnaps at the bottom… it's been 30 minutes of trying and I have to walk away from it. Not sure how a child would be able to do this. I'm sure it's cute once it's completed if it will ever go together
