I am not a heavy drinker, nor is my girlfriends. But we have tried these capsules a couple of times after pretty moderate drinking and did not notice a huge improvement in how we felt during the night, mild headache, and drowsiness the next morning.

This product has a pleasant peppermint taste and smell, and definitely makes me feel a little better after a night of drinking. If I combine it with lots of water and 8 hours of sleep, it's almost like I didn't imbibe at all.
