[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Odyssey G55C 27” Curved Gaming Monitor completely changed my setup. The 1000R curve really pulls you into the action—it feels natural and easy on the eyes, especially during long sessions. The 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time make everything look sharp and fluid, with no screen tearing or ghosting. Colors pop, contrast is deep, and games look incredible right out of the box. The design is clean and solid, and the stand is sturdy without taking up too much desk space. Setup was quick, and I didn't need to mess around much with settings to get a great picture. For the price, the performance and visual quality are hard to beat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Monitor works as intended on my PS5. Frame rate is really smooth, never had an issue playing COD and Fornite. Curve isn't an issue if you're on the fence about it. If you're an average gamer a couple of hours here and there this monitor will do the trick, no need to go OLED and spend the extra money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung curved gaming monitor is a fantastic piece of tech that delivers on its promises. From its quick setup to its immersive curved screen and excellent picture quality, this monitor is a solid choice for gamers and anyone seeking a visually engaging experience. Unboxing and Setup The monitor's quick arrival was a welcome start. Setting up the stand was straightforward. Lacks adjustability, might need a monitor arm. Visual Experience The picture quality is a standout feature, delivering clear and vibrant visuals that enhance the overall gaming and viewing experience. The curve of the screen creates an immersive, almost cinematic feel, drawing you into the game world. The screen size meets expectations, and the curved screen adds a new dimension to the viewing experience. Gaming Performance In fast-paced games like Valorant, the monitor provides a smooth gaming experience, with clear and good surround audio. While the game's smoothness is also attributed to the CPU, the monitor's high refresh rate ensures smooth gameplay with zero lag, even during intense moments. Additional Features The monitor includes both HDMI and DisplayPort cables, offering flexibility in connectivity. It also has an audio output port for connecting headphones or speakers. Drawbacks The absence of stand adjustability may be a downside for some, potentially requiring an additional arm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The monitor has worked great for gaming with consoles and a computer. Good color accuracy i can't notice any ghosting at higher frame rates. Only issue i have had with the monitor is a weird flickering brightness when trying to use the smart monitor part of it. Speakers are loud never used them past halfway.

It is a smart gaming monitor that offers a lot of options to customize your gaming experience. Here are some of the things I like about it: The smart features: This monitor has a built-in voice assistant that lets you adjust settings, launch apps, and control other smart devices with your voice. You can also use the Samsung SmartThings app to connect your monitor to your smartphone, tablet, or laptop and access your files, photos, and videos on the big screen. The monitor also has a game mode that optimizes the picture quality, sound, and response time for different genres of games. The RGB lighting: The monitor has a stunning design and a sleek stand that has RGB lighting on the back. You can choose different colors and sync the lighting with your game or music. The lighting also creates a cool ambient effect in your room.
