Poor design, warranty doesn't cover

Does not stand by their product, was told that I would get a replacement once the part was back in stock only to be told it wasn't covered.

Must have

Makes great frozen Margaret's just like in your favorite hang out. Milkshakes are also fluffy like Wendy's. It's also very fast

Not Worth It

Not what I expected, doesn't make a true slush not worth the money, even worse with alcohol have to keep adding water doesn't freeze it enough

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your Ninja SLUSHi. It seems like a very frustrating situation. The lack of slush can be caused by not enough sugar content. With this said, the recipe must contain at least 4% sugar. If you need any help with your SLUSHi, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team by phone at 1-800-365-0135. In the meantime, we will absolutely share your feedback with the relevant teams for consideration on future products. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen

Love!

Love this machine, it has worked great for slushies, wine slushies and milkshakes. Definitely put liquid in cold for quicker slushies!
