Absolutely love this machine it makes slushies frappes milkshakes perfectly nothing watered down and easy to clean and looks vary nice on the kitchen counter. I have no regrets buying this and glad I did with it being sold out so fast. Ninja out did themselves. I'm vary happy with this machine

What a game changer for my family. I just made a caramel Frappuccino that taste way better than Starbucks. I've already had piña, coladas and margaritas and I will tell you it's worth it! Next on the list is milkshakes. It is definitely worth the money. I'll be using it all summer long…. I don't usually purchase really big things but this to me is worth it.

Handy machine, easy to use, easy to clean. A bit heavy to move around, would be great to have a place on the counter at all times, however, because of the height and where my top cupboards are located, I can't. So, I cut out 1/2 of the middle shelf of a cupboard to store it. Lifting in and out not much fun, but worth it. Have made fruit slushies and chocolate milkshakes so far…..Keto…the Allulose is a must for this to work!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. I am pleased with it so far, we have tried all of the presets, but frappé and spirit sushi have not been a success. Frappé is too foam or too icey. Tried 3 times and 3 different recipes. I was really looking forward to making my own frappé. The spirit slushi kept giving the error for not enough alcohol, but it was. I am not much of an alcohol drinker anyway. Love the slushi and milkshake though and I know my grandkids will too!

We are still experimenting with the machine but we love it. The only thing I don't like about it is that it says you can use it for parties but unless you are using tiny martini glasses to serve people a taste of what you're making it doesn't make much. Maybe 3 or 4 wanting a small frozen drink it's OK. I love that you don't have to worry about having ice if you want a frozen drink. I think it's a nice appliance to have if you like making frozen drinks and you busy yourself to wait 45 minutes for your drinks to be ready.

I wanted to turn up our family gatherings, and thought this would be fun to have. It has been hilarious to hear the concoctions my family is coming up with to make into slushies. I couldn't believe I took three tries to purchase, it kept selling out before checkout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so amazing slouchy machine! I am in love with its durability, versatility, nothing noises I can give like 3 about noises it's so very easy to use and great capacity for multiple peoples! I loved

This machine is absolutely amazing!! Makes perfect drinks every time-I'm so happy I bought one as we've been in the 100 degree area a lot lately, this helps ease that pain! Cleaning is a breeze, just pop the items in the dishwasher or wash by hand. It's quiet, quick and extremely enjoyable I completely recommend this product!

We initially were exposed to the greatness of this machine at a friend's Christmas party. We immediately knew that we wanted one. They were sold out for a while so we had to be patient. After having it for a month, we've thoroughly enjoyed it. We have made great margaritas, slushies for the kids, and nice frozen drinks to enjoy on any occasion. Great design and product! I wish there was a larger version for larger get togethers. Thanks for creating such a great product!

Only giving 4 stars, because Ninja doesn't advertise it as not being usable with Diet drinks. But when you get it Ninja has made it very clear on the machine and in the manual, not to use diet. Other than that it does work great very smooth, no ice crystals.
