35 Drinks in 15 days

Made 35 drinks in this the past 15 days. This thing is a beast and works perfectly for anything! Stay away from no to low sugar since it won't work. But absolutely the best!

Overrated

Brought this slush machine about 2 weeks ago I've tried 3 different functions and none of them were coming out right. It became frustrating being that this gadget was so expensive I will be returning unfortunately. I had high hopes for it.

Best decision I've made!!!

I brought it as a early birthday present for my girlfriend and let's just say “She can't keep her hands off of it literally makes something every day since she's opened her Lovie” very easy maintenance. Don't take long too slush. 10/10

Sugar needed, but not wanted!!!

I am ok with the performance of the product, but I was very disappointed to discover that all drinks needed to contain a large amount of sugar in order to freeze. I was hoping to use it with sugar-free drinks, but the unit freezes up instead.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand how frustrating on this, and we will absolutely share your feedback with the relevant teams for consideration on future products. In the meantime, the input must contain at least 4% sugar, as it is required for the right texture. There are some alternatives you can use. For example, you can use Coconut Sugar, Maple Syrup, Agave Syrup, Simple Syrup, or Honey. If you need any help with your SLUSHi, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team by phone at 1-800-365-0135. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen

Already getting replaced

Only have had it for 2 weeks and already had to call and get the motor replaced. Doesn't do the complete cycle of any drink and squeaky during every cycle.

It works if you add sugar or sugar additive

I bought this a few weeks ago. I had no idea it needed at least 16 oz or sugar substitute if using sugar reduced substances. Even if I wanted to return, Ninja doesn't cover return costs or provide local return for this very heavy item.

I wanted it until I got it.

Mine was only making 1 drink a day, even after sitting for several hours. Now it doesn't work at all. I haven't even had it in a week. I submitted a ticket for a replacement, but now it's on back order.
