Garbage. Don't waste your $$ or your time.

Will not even get close to a" frozen" margarita ..very disappointed. We used a cuervo mix with alchohol in it already so it was weak. Would not freeze... even added water like mfg suggested. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is getting returned.

Can't even turn juice into a slushi

This thing sucks. Can't even turn juice into a slushie. All it does it add a few ice chunks and turn the drink super cold. Will be sending it back.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with your Ninja Slushi. From what you told us, it sounds like there may not be enough sugar in the mix. This can prevent proper freezing of a slush output. With this said, if you do have the required amount of sugar, we'd like a chance to assist you with this further. Please reach out to our team by phone at 1-800-365-0135, we'd be happy to look into this for you. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen
