I just got this a week ago and so far the cylinder freezes so hard it stopped the paddle from spinning

I got the ninja for Christmas & it didn't come with auger so I can't use it I emailed ninja kitchen still haven't got a response

Been using it daily for frappes and slushies. Amazing machine. Plan to buy two more once back in stock!

Wonderful product! Purchased as a gift, but I keep hearing daily all of the wonderful ways the Ninja Slushi can be used

The Ninja Frozen Drink Maker is so worth the wait. It took 3 months to get the machine, and yes, it is so worth the wait. We love it so much!!!

I bought it 10 days ago and for the most part it's amazing but the freeze won't last more than 30 minutes.

I have had this for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. Definitely a hit for my daughter. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this two weeks ago and have used it almost every day since I have received it. Still trying to figure it all out.

Only used a couple times so far, Dole whip was just as it should be and slushed a soda to perfection

Purchased a month ago and so glad I did! Love making my weekly slushies. Also, made shakes and frappes a couple of times.
