It helps it stand out more. Cap is easy to get on and off. We also use this marker to put a mark on wood when we need to make measurements.

I use them to write handwritten notes for my small business orders and they look lovely! I have no complaints and I think these would be perfect for artists!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yeah, I said it. It writes like butter! Fine point, writes amazingly. I labeled Christmas presents with this Sharpie and I loved how it came out. It's thin enough to make a pretty font, but thick enough to appear like a marker.

I like Sharpies most of the time, however I usually use black markers for drawing and I don't think they are best for it. The ink is always inconsistent and coverage is so-so. They can get pretty pricey too so I think I'd rather spend a bit more on the Sharpie pens or paint markers for black.

The Sharpie 12-pack blister set in black is a solid go-to for anyone who needs reliable permanent markers. The ink is bold and dark, dries quickly, and doesn't smear easily, which is great for labeling, art, or everyday use. The fine point gives you precision without sacrificing coverage, and the markers last a long time without drying out. Plus, having 12 in the pack means you can stash them all over the house or office. Overall, it's a great value for a product that does exactly what you expect—writes sharp, stays permanent.
