Ingredients are simple and contains veggie juice, flavor is nice although I did get a really subtle fishy aftertaste but only because I read the ingredients if I hadn't I wouldn't have noticed at all, my kid didn't but I would buy again.

There is only 57 percent juice, and I usually shoot for 100. The choline amounts to 25 percent, but I think it would take continuous consumption to speak of it's impact on the brain. My vegetarian husband drank them for two weeks and didn't feel different, but we are also busy parents of a toddler. The only veggie is carrots. I would have liked to see spinach or collards.
