Bought as a 'big' gift for my 13 year old granddaughter for Christmas; at the age where it's hard to buy for when she has everything. She loved it and was very excited to 'buy' games, etc. she likes and pick them out herself!

I have trouble driving, so it was great to be able to order these to be delivered directly to my house. My grandsons ask for these every year for Christmas!

The card was delivered and was activated on our Steam account with no issues at all. My local store was out of the $20 ones, so I went this route instead. This is such a great way to send someone a Steam card without having to search for them in the store.

So excited that this was available through Sams club. My 18 year old son is difficult to buy for, but I know this pleased him! Was received in the mail quickly, and I wrapped it for him for Christmas.

Arrived on time, ordered as a Christmas present.

Gift card does not work, Sams club not helpful in resolving the problem. Stream is asking for a full receipt but Sams club will not provide it.

A $100 Steam gift card was purchased for my 10 year old son's birthday. The card was shipped from Sam's directly to our home. My son was so excited because this was the only gift he wanted. When he pulled off the sticker for the code, the code was unreadable. He contacted Steam as directed. During the night, they sent him the code. He got up the next morning, and tried to redeem the code Steam sent. There was nothing on the card. I tried to talk to Steam first. They said Sam's sold the card and was responsible for the content. I went to Sam's with the card and spoke with Customer Service who gave me a number to call. I called the number and they said they could not help. My son was devastated. I will never purchase a gift card again. So much for Sam's Satisfaction Guarantee.

We bought this online and Sams did not activate prior to shipping it to us.

6 out of 6 Steam gift cards were defective, the required codes peeled off with the security seal making them unusable. Sam's doesn't do returns on defective gift cards. Its up to people holding onto their receipts and putting in support tickets in order to claim something they already bought. These cards were in mint condition when used but defective none the less.

Complete rip off. Waste of hard earned money. Stupid silver sticker covering code peeled up and ripped code underneath. Completely unusable. And of course Sam's Club could not care less. Absolute waste of money and a ruined birthday present. Completely ridiculous setup.
